➝ Do I need to be a member to use Palomares?
No. Transportation may be requested by non-members subject to availability. Private Membership is designed for clients who want recurring transportation, greater scheduling priority, and an ongoing relationship with Palomares.
➝ Can I arrange recurring transportation?
Yes. Regular and standing transportation can be coordinated in advance. Clients who travel frequently may also benefit from a Private Membership.
➝ Can I arrange transportation for a parent or family member?
Yes. With the client’s involvement and authorization, Palomares can coordinate transportation directly with family members when appropriate.
➝ Do you provide transportation outside the Coachella Valley?
Yes. Regional transportation throughout Southern California can be arranged based on destination, schedule, and availability.
➝ Do you provide airport transportation?
Yes. Palomares provides private transportation to PSP, LAX, and other Southern California airports.
➝ How far in advance should I request transportation?
Advance notice is recommended whenever possible, particularly for airport transportation, evenings, weekends, events, and longer-distance transportation.
